Ginseng
Korean red, Asian, American — and "Siberian"
True ginseng is Panax: Asian or Korean ginseng (red ginseng is steamed, then dried) and American ginseng. "Siberian ginseng" (eleuthero) is a different plant, and "Indian ginseng" is a name for ashwagandha. Studies on energy, focus and immunity are small and mixed.
