Welcome to Blac & Pink. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or visiting our stores, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

BLAC & PINK operates retail stores at Nungambakkam and Akkarai (ECR), Chennai, and a website for online ordering. We sell beauty, haircare, skincare, wellness, and related products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to place an order.

3. Product information & pricing

  • We try our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and cancel/refund affected orders.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Promotional prices are valid only during the offer period.
  • Subject to stock availability.

4. Orders & payment

  • An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully processed.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and Razorpay-supported wallets.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is automatically cancelled.
  • You will receive a tax invoice for every paid order; please retain it for warranty / return claims.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

  • Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment details.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website — text, images, product photos, logos — belongs to BLAC & PINK or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or service is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
