Cancellation Policy

1. Customer cancellation

You can cancel an order at no charge if it has not yet been packed and shipped.

  • Within the first 30 minutes after placing the order β€” instant cancellation via the order page.
  • After 30 minutes but before dispatch β€” write to [email protected] or WhatsApp the shop. If the parcel hasn't been handed to the courier yet, we will cancel and refund.
  • After dispatch β€” cancellation is not possible; treat it as a return (see Refund Policy).

2. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order before dispatch in cases such as:

  • Stock-out β€” the item is no longer available at any branch.
  • Pricing or description error.
  • Suspected fraudulent / unverifiable payment.
  • We cannot deliver to the address provided.

In any such case, you receive a 100% refund within 5-7 business days. We will WhatsApp / email you with the reason.

3. Refund of cancelled orders

Refunds for cancelled orders go back to the original payment method. See Refund Policy for typical timelines.
