We want you to love every product you buy from Blac & Pink. If something is not right, this policy explains when you can claim a refund and how it works.
1. Eligible cases
You are eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:
- Wrong product delivered β we sent something different from what you ordered.
- Damaged in transit β the product arrives broken, leaked, or unsealed.
- Manufacturing defect β reported within the warranty window stated on the product.
- Order cancelled by you within the cancellation window (see Cancellation Policy) or by us due to stock-out.
2. Non-refundable items
- Products opened, used, or with broken seals β unless the issue is a manufacturing defect.
- Products without the original invoice / packaging.
- Personal-care & hygiene items (open jars, sprays, brushes) β once unsealed.
- Items on clearance or marked "Final Sale".
- Custom kits or made-to-order bundles.
- Gift cards.
3. How to request a refund
- Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery (or within the warranty window for defective items).
- Attach: invoice number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a return shipping label or pickup arrangement.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Refund timelines
- UPI / Wallets: 1-3 business days after processing.
- Credit / Debit cards: 5-7 business days after processing.
- Netbanking: 3-5 business days after processing.
- Store credit: Instant (we offer store credit as a faster alternative if you prefer).
The exact timing depends on your bank. We process the refund the moment we approve your claim; banks then take 1-7 days to credit it.
5. Partial refunds
If only some items in your order are eligible, we refund only those items plus their share of shipping. The rest of the order amount stands.
6. Return shipping
For approved returns, we arrange pickup at no extra cost to you. If we cannot pick up your area, we will reimburse standard courier charges (up to βΉ150) on producing the receipt.
7. Disputes
Any unresolved dispute will be handled in good faith. As a last resort, disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India courts.
