This policy explains how we ship online orders, our timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across India. International shipping is not available yet.
2. Processing time
- Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a working day are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed on Sundays / public holidays are processed the next working day.
- Standard processing time: 1-2 working days.
3. Delivery time (after dispatch)
- Chennai: 1-2 working days (same-day for select pin codes & for stock available at the nearest branch).
- Tamil Nadu (other cities): 2-4 working days.
- South India: 3-5 working days.
- Rest of India: 5-8 working days.
- Remote pin codes: may take up to 10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates by our courier partners and may vary because of weather, strikes, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping charges
- We charge actual courier rates at checkout based on weight + destination pin code.
- Free shipping on orders above βΉ999 (within Chennai) and βΉ1,999 (rest of India).
- Delivery to remote pin codes may carry an additional surcharge β shown at checkout.
5. Pickup at store
You can choose Pickup at counter at checkout. Your order will be ready at the selected branch (NUN β Nungambakkam or AKK β Akkarai) within 4 working hours. We will WhatsApp you when it's ready.
6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with the courier name and tracking number. You can track the parcel directly on the courier's website. We also keep a copy on your customer account page.
7. Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including for stock-outs, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In any such case, you will get a full refund.
8. Failed deliveries / wrong address
- Couriers usually attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the parcel to us.
- If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unreachable, we will WhatsApp you. If we can't reach you within 5 days, the parcel returns to us.
- For returns due to incorrect address, we may charge actual re-shipping cost before re-dispatching.
9. Damaged / missing items
Please open the parcel within 48 hours of delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, take photos and write to [email protected] with your invoice number. See our Refund Policy for the resolution process.
